Aubain’s case adjourned
AUBAIN IN COURT — Accused killer Naythen Aubain made a brief appearance in County Court this morning to check in on his psychiatric examinations. Aubain is accused of killing two people in Utica in January, including his grandmother, and his attorney is pursuing a psychiatric defense. The attorney, Adam Tyksinski, center, said the psychiatric testing remains ongoing and a final report is not yet complete. Judge Robert L. Bauer adjourned the case to Jan. 8.
