HERKIMER — The Herkimer Police Department announced the following arrests from December:

• Bryan J. Brownrigg, 21, of Herkimer, was charged on Dec. 3 with third-degree assault.

• Joshua C. Papke, 23, of Herkimer, was charged on Dec. 4 with petty larceny.

• Edwin Guzman, 64, of Herkimer, was charged on Dec. 6 with second-degree harassment.

• Steven L. Warner, 32, of Ilion, was charged on Dec. 8 with petty larceny.

• George J. Tarassov, 68, of Herkimer, was charged on Dec. 8 with driving while intoxicated.

• Vanessa L. Bennett, 35, of Whitesboro, was charged on Dec. 12 with three counts of petty larceny.

• Cory J. Kennedy, 28, of Mohawk, was charged on Dec. 12 with fifth-degree possession of stolen property, resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of a governmental administration.

• Ashley N. Davis, 26, of Herkimer, was charged on Dec. 15 with three counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Johnny Sanders, 30, of Herkimer, was charged on Dec. 15 with second-degree assault.

• Leann E. Trumbull, 42, of St. Johnsville, was charged on Dec. 15 with petty larceny.

• Robert N. Prevost, 38, of Nelson, was charged on Dec. 16 with third-degree burglary, seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and petty larceny.

• Cory J. Kennedy, 28, of Mohawk, was charged on Dec. 16 with petty larceny.

• Andre J. Walker, 49, of Herkimer, was charged on Dec. 17 with first-degree menacing and third-degree possession of a weapon.

• Justin C. Harris, 32, of Little Falls, was charged on Dec. 20 with petty larceny.
