Assault, stalking among recent arrests by New York State Police
The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Oneida, Herkimer and Madison counties:
• Jeffery T. McElveen, 52, of Vernon, was charged on Nov. 24 in Winfield with one count of driving while intoxicated.
• Charles D. Tennant, 29, of McGraw, Cortland County, was charged in Vienna on Nov. 22 with false personation.
• Darius D. Seaton, 24, of Camden, was charged in Annsville on Nov. 23 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
• Ronald J. Jackson, 31, of Verona, was charged in Fenner on Nov. 23 with fourth-degree possession of stolen property.
• Andrew M. Bevilacqua, 58, of Bouckville, was charged in Madison on Nov. 23 with five counts each of third-degree sale of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child.
• Tyler H. Dmitri, 28, of Middleville, was charged in Fairfield on Nov. 22 with criminal obstruction of breathing.
• Serena M. Wimberly-Smith, 22, of Middleville, was charged in Fairfield on Nov. 22 with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree possession of a weapon.
• James V. Carinci, 63, of Oneida, was charged in Verona on Nov. 22 with sexual misconduct.
• A 15-year-old from Ilion was charged in Columbia on Nov. 8 with forcible touching.
• Gino R. Erb, 29, of Cold Brook, was charged in Fairfield on Nov. 21 with second-degree assault.
• Kaylah M. Lambertson, 32, of Canastota, was charged on Nov. 21 in Lenox with one count of petty larceny.
• Carl J. Carty, 21, of Canastota, was charged on Nov. 21 in Sullivan with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
• Fritz Weisbrod, 43, of Canastota, was charged on Nov. 20 in Cazenovia with fourth-degree possession of a weapon.
• Conner S. Claus, 23, of Little Falls, was charged in Herkimer on Nov. 19 with fourth-degree stalking and three counts of second-degree harassment.
• Robert G Shane, 65, of Johnstown, Fulton County, was charged in Westmoreland on Nov. 18 with fourth-degree possession of stolen property.
• Three 14-year-olds from Boonville were charged in Boonville on Oct. 7 with one count each of third-degree trespass.
