Attempted assault, menacing among recent Oneida arrests

ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department announced the following recent arrests:

• Eric W. Hertel, 26, of Oneida, was arrested on March 17 on three counts each of attempted second-degree assault, second-degree menacing, reckless endangerment, fourth-degree possession of a weapon and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

• Albert H. Joslyn Jr., of Rome, was charged on March 23 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, failure to stop at a stop sign and speeding.

• Alissa C. Snyder, 21, of Oneida, was charged on March 22 on a warrant for falsely reporting an incident and filing a false written statement.

• Frederick F. Wilmer Jr., 46, no address available, was picked up on an arrest warrant on March 22 on a charge of trespass.

• Joshua A. Eberle, 22, of Rome, was picked up on an arrest warrant on March 21 for fourth-degree grand larceny.

• Kimberly L. Jones, 39, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on March 21 for second-degree harassment.

• Austin J. Murray, 23, of Oneida, was picked up on arrest warrants on March 19 for second-degree harassment, fourth-degree mischief and petty larceny.

• Marie K. Fournier, 32, of Rome, was issued an appearance ticket on March 18 for petty larceny.
