Assault, menacing among recent area arrests by the New York State Police
The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Herkimer, Madison, Lewis and Oneida counties:
• Shyanne A. Farr, 36, of Boonville, was charged in Annsville on May 4 with third-degree assault.
• Andrea M. Cullop, 38, of Glenfield, was charged in Trenton on May 4 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
• Robert C. LeBlanc, 48, of Groveland, Massachusetts, was charged in Lowville on May 4 with second-degree menacing, first-degree reckless endangerment, four counts of second-degree possession of a weapon, eight counts of third-degree possession of a weapon and two counts of third-degree mischief.
• Edward J. Milewski, 60, of Clinton, was charged in Westmoreland on May 3 with driving while ability impaired by drugs.
• Kaiden S. Barnwell, 20, of Ava, was charged in Whitestown on May 3 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, renting or lending a vehicle without an interlock device and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
• Yosiel Ruiz Linares, 30, of Union, New Jersey, was charged in Winfield on May 3 with fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree identity theft.
• Christine M. Childs, 37, of Poland, was charged in Salisbury on May 3 with first-degree identity theft.
• Dylan T. Keenan, 24, of New Berlin, was charged in Madison on May 3 with second-degree aggravated harassment.
• Edward F. Novis, 38, of Jordanville, was charged in German Flatts on May 2 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
• Vincent R. Mincolla, 32, of Auburn, Cayuga County, was charged in Madison on May 1 with petty larceny.
• Michael J. McDonough, 29, of Munnsville, was charged in Vernon on May 1 with fourth-degree mischief.
• Cassie K. Palmeroni, 39, of Dolgeville, was charged in Manheim on April 30 with one count of petty larceny and two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Ewin Lopez, 20, of Utica, was charged in Utica on April 30 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and endangering the welfare of a child.
• James L. Susko, 32, of Deruyter, was charged in Deruyter on April 29 with fifth-degree possession of stolen property.
• Anthony E. Macri, 68, of Herkimer, was charged in Deerfield on April 28 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
• Nathaniel S. Ohmen, 42, of Bouckville, was charged in Madison on April 28 with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.
• Jacob C. Martin, 20, of Sherrill, was charged in Vernon on April 29 with two counts of reckless driving and one count each of third-degree fleeing a police officer in a vehicle and driving while ability impaired by drugs.
