Assault, impersonation among arrests
The New York State Police announced the following arrests:
• An 18-year-old from Hamilton was charged in Lebanon on Oct. 20 with third-degree assault.
• Rachelle L. Williams, 33, of Blossvale, was charged on Oct. 20 in Verona with second-degree criminal impersonation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
• Joshua Dermady, 41, of Rome, was charged in Schuyler on Oct. 19 with issuing a bad check.
• Jonathan D. Spencer, 25, of Little Falls, was charged in Danube on Oct. 18 with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
• Joshua J. Stimpson, 38, of Sylvan Beach, was charged in Sylvan Beach on Oct. 18 with petty larceny.
• A 15-year-old from Little Falls was charged in Little Falls on Oct. 14 with burglary.
• Willie B. Harris, 28, of Arkansas, was charged in Herkimer on Oct. 16 with second-degree possession of a weapon.
• Michael P. Currier, 45, of Kirkville, was charged on Oct. 16 in Sullivan with first-degree contempt.
• Justin J. Dolly, 42, of Herkimer, was charged on Oct. 15 in Herkimer with second-degree mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.
• Shane L. Mariano, 47, of Utica, was charged on Oct. 16 in Marcy with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
• Noah R. Donovan, 21, of Boonville, was charged on Oct. 15 in Boonville with one count of third-degree mischief.
• Ronald J. Jackson, 31, of Verona, was charged on Oct. 15 in Verona with one count of fourth-degree mischief.
• Jeffrey E. MacDougall, 51, of Rome, was charged in Rome on Oct. 15 with petty larceny.
• Aidan H. McKenney, 21, of Syracuse, was charged in Nelson on Oct. 12 with driving while intoxicated.
• Matthew J. Fratello, 38, of Pennellville, Oswego County, was charged on Oct. 15 in Lenox with fourth-degree grand larceny.
• Allan R. Rathbun, 41, of Port Leyden, was charged on Oct. 14 in New Hartford with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
