The Madison County Sheriff's Office announced the following recent arrests:

• Alexander J. Archer, 30, of Hubbardsville, was charged in Norwich on Dec. 29 with third-degree assault, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

• Peter G. Wysocki, 28, of Mexico, Oswego County, was charged in Canastota on Dec. 31 with third-degree possession of a weapon.

• Dean F. Rondinello, 34, no address available, was charged in Madison on Dec. 31 with second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing.

• Peter M. Robison, 39, of Canastota, was charged in Oneida on Dec. 29 with fourth-degree mischief.

• Charles F. Pickard Jr., 56, homeless, was charged in Oneida on Dec. 30 with second-degree harassment and first-degree contempt.
