The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Oneida, Herkimer and Madison counties. 

• Francis S. Lombardo, 65, of Herkimer, was charged in Yorkville on Dec. 2 with second-degree aggravated harassment. 

• Colby J. Wratten, 25, of West Edmeston, was charged in Brookfield on Nov. 30 with driving while intoxicated. 

• Evan M. Alder, 34, of Cazenovia, was charged on Dec. 3 in Sullivan with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater. 

• Merwin L. Drake, 53, of Waterville, was charged in Sangerfield on Dec. 1 with third-degree assault. 

• Michael Brown, 62, of Frankfort, was charged on Dec. 1 in Schuyler with fourth-degree mischief and second-degree contempt. 

• Danielle M. Seaton, 37, of Taberg, was charged in Annsville on Dec. 1 with second-degree trespass. 

• Dakota L. Hanley, 29, of Prospect, was charged in Trenton on Nov. 30 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater. 

• Thomas P. Dodge, 65, of Rome, was charged in Rome on Nov. 30 with second-degree trespass and fourth-degree mischief. 

• Craig R. Bean, 36, of Verona, was charged on Nov. 28 in Verona with fourth-degree mischief. 

• Robert S. Clarey, 52, of Rome, was charged in Whitestown on Nov. 27 with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI. 

• Ervin Seaberry, 46, of Utica, was charged on Nov. 27 in Schuyler with second-degree assault. 

• A 14-year-old from Boonville was charged in Boonville on Nov. 27 with petty larceny. 

• David B. Hayes, 63, of Forestport, was charged in Forestport on Nov. 28 with driving while intoxicated. 

• Jason E. Moon, 44, of Oriskany Falls, was charged in Augusta on Nov. 26 with two counts of second-degree menacing. 

• Michael C. Nelson, 37, of Utica, was charged on Nov. 26 in Schuyler with two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. 

• A 14-year-old from Little Falls was charged in Little Falls on Nov. 26 with fourth-degree mischief. 

• Cody J. Wood, 33, of Camden, was charged in Annsville on Nov. 26 with second-degree aggravated harassment.
