Assault and drunken driving among state police arrests

The New York Sate Police announced the following recent arrests for Herkimer, Madison and Oneida counties:

• Kelly J. Seigler, 40, of Rome, was charged in Floyd on Nov. 3 with one count each of third-degree assault and first-degree contempt.

• Spencer A. Soules, 29, of Waterville, was charged in Sangerfield on Nov. 3 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• Christine B. Munio, 35, of Herkimer, was charged in Ilion on Nov. 3 with one count each of second, third and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, as well as third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• A 14-year-old from Remsen was charged in Remsen on Nov. 2 with one count of making a threat of mass harm.

• Thomas P. Dodge, 65, of Rome, was charged in Rome on Nov. 1 with one count each of second-degree trespass and fourth-degree mischief.

• David M. Miller, 62, of Earlville, was charged in Sangerfield on Oct. 23 with driving while intoxicated.

• Austin T. Johnson, 32, of Rome, was charged in Utica on Nov. 1 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• Jose R. Lasanta, 45, of Utica, and Sherief J. Terry, 29, of Utica, were both charged in Schuyler on Oct. 30 with one count each of second-degree menacing and fourth-degree possession of a weapon, as well as three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

• Yonco D. Wuthrich, 61, of Camden, was charged in Vienna on Oct. 29 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
