Assault and burglary among recent arrests
ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department has announced the following recent arrests:
• Carson D. Allen, 19, of Oneida, was charged on Oct. 11 with first and second-degree assault and fourth-degree possession of a weapon.
Allen was arraigned in court and was sent to Madison County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
• Floyd V. Curtis Jr., 35, was charged on Oct. 8 with two counts each of third-degree burglary and first-degree contempt, and one count of petty larceny.
• Lewis E. Joslyn, 41, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Oct. 11 for third-degree trespass.
• Robert P. Frey, 45, of Canastota, was issued a criminal summons on Oct. 11 for second-degree harassment.
• William T. Forbes, 32, of Oneida, was charged on Oct. 11 with fourth-degree mischief.
• Rosemarie Musolino, 28, of Oneida, was charged on Oct. 10 with leaving the scene of an accident, fourth-degree mischief, failure to keep right and endangering the welfare of a child.
• Daniel J. Carlisle II, 46, of Chittenango, was charged on Oct. 8 with second-degree trespass, second-degree harassment and first-degree contempt.
• Christopher M. Kinney, 23, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Oct. 8 for petty larceny.
• Eryka L. Nolan, 29, of Stockbridge, was charged on Oct. 7 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
• Ronald L. Forbes III, 33, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Oct. 7 for seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
