HERKIMER — Arc Herkimer will host a Community Informational Meeting at the Arc Herkimer Business Park at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16. The one-hour, free event will feature Kathy Caruso, a special needs mom, and take place on the facility’s third floor.

Refreshments will be served, and all guests will be entered into a giveaway to win a 55” Smart TV, as well as gift cards to the Arc Herkimer Goods Store in Herkimer and Copper Café, which is located in Ilion.

The “town hall” conceptual meeting will focus on showcasing unconventional supports and services of the agency. Highlights will include all seven unique divisions of Arc Herkimer, including Herkimer Industries, Goods Store, MV Golf & Event Center, and Career Connections. The organization will demonstrate benefits for people both with and without disabilities.

“This event is a great way to better connect with our community, meet new people, and answer questions anyone may have about the agency,” says Kevin Crosley, Arc Herkimer president/CEO.

“Many times, individuals, families, and other organizations are not aware of the plethora of offerings we have for both people with disabilities, as well as those without,” Crosley added.
