Arc Herkimer hosts hiring sessions


HERKIMER — Arc Herkimer, 350 S. Washington St., will host in-person hiring sessions from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, and Thursday, April 28. Both sessions are open to the public and walk-ins are welcome, according to an announcement by agency officials.

The Arc Herkimer is looking to fill several open positions and will conduct on-site interviews for direct support professionals and residential supports managers.

Direct support professional positions require no diploma or GED and no prior experience. Arc Herkimer will fully train staff in direct care.

Full-time, part-time, and relief schedules are available, with a starting rate of $15.25 or more based on education and experience.
