Alabaster & Ash hosts Freya Fest in Remsen Saturday
REMSEN — Magical finds and boho vibes, organizers of Freya Fest promise to bring intuitive readers, artisans, and holistic services together in celebration of all things magical from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13 at the historic Fuller Farmhouse property, 10169 Fuller Road.
Admission is $10 per person. Children age 12 and younger are free. Partial proceeds are to be donated to the Herkimer County Humane Society.
“We are so proud to be able to celebrate our second year in business with our community,” said Daniee Weaver, owner of Alabaster & Ash. “Having opened the shop in the depths of COVID life, we have and still do heavily rely on our ‘vibe tribe’ for support and to help spread the word about our magical little place.”
Freya Fest is a curated collection of more than 25 vendors, including crystals, jewelry, handmade goods, reiki, psychic, medium and intuitive readers who will gather for the first event.
Presentations throughout the day include the Happy Haggs Dance Troupe, storytelling by Medium Micheal Phoenix Heart, and “The Art of Tarot & Oracle Cards” with local deck creator, Nadine Swiger.
Visitors are encouraged to free their inner God/Goddess and dress the part. Visit FreyaFestival.com to purchase tickets and learn more.
Alabaster & Ash, LLC is a small, woman-owned and operated metaphysical and bohemian lifestyle boutique which features local and handmade items among their witchy product selection.
