Copper City Community Connection, 305 E. Locust St., will host the Aging Mastery Program again, beginning Monday, Jan. 10 and running through March 14.

The program will be held Mondays from 10-11 a.m. Participants will build their own playbook for aging well.

The fun, innovative program empowers seniors to take key steps to improve their well-being, add stability to their life, and strengthen ties to their community.

Students will have the opportunity to meet new friends and provide encouragement as they take the Aging Mastery journey together.

Melinda Ruiz will be facilitator for the evidence-based program, certified from the National Council on Aging. To register, call the center at 315-337-8230.
