VERONA — AmeriCU Credit Union presents The Big East Camping & Outdoor Sports Show from Friday, March 10 through Sunday, March 12 in the Event Center at Turning Stone Resort Casino, 5218 Patrick Road.

Now in its 30th year, this show is for anyone who loves to camp, fish, boat, hike or just enjoys the great outdoors. The show runs from 2 to 7 p.m. Friday; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

The Beast of the East Archery tournament returns for its fourth year. The contest guarantees a minimum $500 cash pay out and custom trophies. More information about the archery tournament can be found on Facebook for searching for “Beast of the East Archery Shoot.”

The Big East Gear Grab Giveaway will be giving away a prize every hour. The fish pond will also be back and there is a kids’ casting contest on Saturday.

There will be multiple boating and RV dealers on site for those looking for more adventure. Other vendors include hunting and fishing guides, leather goods, campgrounds, sporting organizations, outdoor gear, fishing charters and specialty food products.

New York State Big Buck Club is again offering free head scoring. There will also be free seminars all weekend, axe throwing by Woodchuckers Axe Throwing and a goat petting zoo by Spring Creek Lavender.

Admission is $9 for adults; $7 for seniors 55 and older, military and first responders; $3 for children ages 6-12 and free for children 5 and younger.
