16 graduate from Mohawk Valley Police Academy
UTICA — Sixteen new law enforcement recruits graduated from the Mohawk Valley Police Academy on Thursday.
The graduation ceremony was held at the Stanley Theater in Utica Thursday evening. The graduates completed 25 weeks of both classroom training and practical exercises.
The graduates will be joining four area law enforcement agencies, authorities said, including the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office and the Norwich Police Department.
Oneida County Sheriff’s Office:
Deputy Ryan Asch, Deputy Christian Brashear, Deputy Sophia Colucy, Deputy Stephen Cook, and Deputy Connor Hinderling.
Utica Police Department:
Officer James Amuso, Officer Ruben Checo-Collado, Officer Michael Cirasuolo, Officer Eh-Khu Hser, Officer Cole Jaquish, Officer Ryan Lynn, Officer Jovon Mucitelli, Officer Jordan Rios, and Officer Stephen Williams.
