On behalf of all those associated with the Kirkland Town Library, thank you for passing the proposition to have the library’s funding determined by those we serve.
This is a historic moment. The shift to community-based funding ensures financial stability so that the library can continue providing the services, programs and resources our patrons value. We are honored to serve a community that believes in its library.
Congratulations to our fellow Mid-York libraries whose propositions also passed: Frankfort, Hamilton, Herkimer, Little Falls, Morrisville, Oriskany Falls, Utica, Waterville and Whitesboro.
