To Superintendent Peter Blake: It is about time to step out of the ivory tower and actually become familiar with the district that you supposedly are in charge of. If you did, then you would know that despite traffic problems at Staley Elementary School the Price Chopper parking lot on Black River Blvd is “the most poorly designed intersection in all of eternity.”
As for metal detectors causing more concerns, I think they are used in airports everywhere. They got the technology down on their uses. May I suggest further research on the subject.
