YWCA MV, Kristin’s Fund to auction VIP Super Bowl experience
YWCA Mohawk Valley and Kristin’s Fund are gearing up to present a VIP Super Bowl LI Experience as part of an effort to raise funds for Kristin’s Fund, a foundation created to help end the cycle of domestic violence through education and raising community awareness.
With the VIP Super Bowl package, the winner will receive two tickets to Super Bowl LI and a three-night stay, Feb. 3-5, 2017 for two at Spring Hill Suites, Houston, Texas. The package also includes a dinner with two NFL players and $1,000 in airline travel vouchers. The players will be announced after the Super Bowl teams are determined.
An eBay auction will open on Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2017 and will run for 10 days, closing on Friday, Jan. 13, 2017. The VIP Experience Package will be awarded to the highest bidder at that time. Minimum bid required to participate is set at $10,000. For more information on bidding for this VIP event, go to www.kristinsfund.com/superbowl.
“Two very lucky people will be participating in this once-in-a-lifetime event, for a wonderful cause” said Dianne Stancato, Chief Executive Officer of YWCA Mohawk Valley. “We are very grateful to the founders of Kristin’s Fund, for their support of YWCA Mohawk Valley domestic violence education and
“This is something you cannot buy on Stubhub, Craigslist, or anywhere else. With the teams that look good right now, Cowboys, Raiders, Patriots, it is looking like there could be a marquee matchup for the Super Bowl. This is an extraordinary opportunity for any NFL fan, ‘a bucket list’ experience,” said Joe Palumbo, Kristin’s brother.
