VALENTINE’S DAY — Youngsters Alayna Crever and Eli Dailey, both age 4, hand off homemade Valentine’s Day cards to Charlene Wilson, a resident of The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing on North James Street on Tuesday. Cever and Dailey, both of Rome, are students at New Discoveries Learning Center with Upstate Cerebral Palsy.
