Water pressure may be lower as valves installed

On Saturday, May 20, The City of Rome in conjunction with the state will be doing water upgrades on Route 825 at the Griffiss Technology Park. CCI Companies will perform valve installations.

During this time period, water consumers may experience lower water pressures than normal.

There will be no loss of water to any of the Griffiss Park.

This work will take between eight and 12 hours to complete.

The City of Rome Water Department will be on site to monitor the project and address any complaints.
