The Common Council’s agenda for its Wednesday meeting includes sales of three city-owned properties for a total of $2,600.

The seven-member council will meet at 7 p.m. on Wednesday in the council chambers at City Hall.

The proposed transactions:

  • Sale of 113 N. Madison St. to Stefano and Judy Puma for $1,600. The 0.09-acre vacant residential parcel has a tentative 2018 assessment of $1,000, according to city records. They own the property next door at 115 N. Madison St.
  • Sale of 242 Spring St. to WD Housing & Holdings for $500. The 0.03-acre vacant residential parcel has a tentative 2018 assessment of $1,000, according to city records.
  • Sale of 635 Parry St. to WD Housing & Holdings for $500. The 0.05-acre vacant residential parcel has a tentative 2018 assessment of $1,000, according to city records.

The agenda also includes the annual authorization of an agreement with Oneida County’s Stop DWI program for $21,100. The terms cover all of this year. The county reimburses the city up to that amount to cover costs associated with selective enforcement patrols, testimony at criminal proceedings related to DWI arrests and attendance at training courses that enhance the mission of the program.
