For the second year, boutique chocolate shop Sweet Escape Chocolate Lounge has released a gift box of handmade chocolates incorporating products from other local businesses to create a unique collection of holiday-themed treats.

All of the creations in the collections are the work of Kelley Kain, the owner and chocolatier.

This year’s collection has expanded its use of central New York’s products from five to 10.

Collections are available in a box of 12 for $24.95 and are available to purchase in person during regular business hours at either of Sweet Escape’s locations, 205 W. Dominick St. or 252 Genesee St., Utica, or online at http://squareup.com/store/sweetescape.

One dollar of the proceeds of each box sold will be donated to the Rescue Missions of Rome and Utica.

Local products include those from:

Utica Coffee Roasting Co., Saranac Brewery, Mohawk Valley Winery, Adirondack Distilling Co., Woodland Farm Brewery, Pylman’s Apiaries, Shaw’s Maple Products, Villa Verona Vineyard, Copper City Brewing and Tibbitt’s Maple.
