Michaelina C. (Anzalone) Tucker

Michaelina C. “Mickey” Tucker, 93, of Rome, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at The Grand in Rome. She was born in Dunmore, PA, the daughter of the late Casper and Palma Anzalone. She was married to John Klepadlo and was later married to Roy Tucker until his passing in 2000. 

Mickey worked at the Rome Developmental Center for several years before retiring in 1975. 

She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, the Women of the Moose, the Henry P. Smith Post Ladies Auxiliary, and the Red Hat Society. She also frequently volunteered at the Ava Dorfman Senior Center. 

Mickey is survived by five sons and two daughters-in-law, John Klepadlo and his partner Kathy Soucy of Mays Landing, NJ, William and Rece Klepadlo of Rome, Richard Klepadlo of Nanticoke, PA, Eugene and Carol Klepadlo of Rome, and Edward Tucker of Rome; a daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Robert Clark of Canastota; fifteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Edward Klepadlo; and two sisters, Josephine Hluska and Cecelia Giordano. 

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
