Duane Lewis Woodworth
Duane Lewis Woodworth passed away with loved ones at his side on July 8, 2017, at the East Jewett home of his parents and grandparents. Duane was born to Rodney (Gerry) Woodworth and Ruthmary (Decker) Woodworth June 28, 1957, the fourth of their
five children. He graduated from Hunter Tannersville Central School and joined the Air Force before relocating to Rome, where he worked at Griffiss Air Force Base and Rome Labs until his death.
Duane married Lori (Bolte) Woodworth and they raised their five children in Boonville. Duane enjoyed spending time in his garden, working on old cars, and coaching his children in their various sporting pursuits. Above all Duane valued family. He thought the world of his children and grandchildren and took great pride in all their accomplishments.
In addition to his wife, Duane is survived by his daughters Sarah (Gareth) Beynon, Australia; Emma (Jason) Reppard, Boonville; and Amy (Chad) Miller, Boonville; and by his sons, Aaron and Sam, Boonville. He is also survived by grandchildren Matilda and Arlo Beynon, and Dominic and Amelia Reppard; and by his mother; his sister Sandy Speenburgh; brothers Rodney (Irene) and Gerry (Kathleen); and by numerous nieces, nephews and their families. He was predeceased by his father and sister Robin.
