Adirondack sets orientation

BOONVILLE — Orientation for Adirondack High School 9th graders and their parents will be held Thursday, Aug. 30, at 6 p.m. at the school’s auditorium, 8181 State Route 294.

Students in grades 9-12 who are new to the Adirondack district also are welcome to attend the program, according to the school announcement. The first day of school will be Wednesday, Sept. 5.

New students must register at the district office with the registrar. For an appointment, call 942-9200, ext. 1801. All parents and students can view students’ schedules on the parent portal online, which will be open on Tuesday, Aug. 28.

Parents who would like to gain access to the portal may fill out the application at adirondackcsd.org, on the District Office home page.
