Summer Fest Saturday in Westmoreland

WESTMORELAND — The third annual Westmoreland Summer Fest will be held at the Firemen’s Field on Saturday. The event, which is hosted by families in the community, will begin at 11 a.m., and conclude in the evening with a Fireworks show.

Families and people of all ages are welcome to enjoy the festivities. The festival will include a vendor area with over 35 vendors, car cruise-in (11 a.m.-3 p.m., people’s choice winner announced 4 p.m.), pizza throwdown (Tasting is from 5-7 p.m., winner announced at 8 p.m.), children’s games and blood drive (10 a.m.-4 p.m.) . The Westmoreland Volunteer Firemen will host a chicken barbecue. Music will be playing all day. Featured bands and artists will be the Birdseed Bandits, Ryan Quinn, Indisposed, Fraid Knot, and headliner Moldy Miles.
