The Board of Directors of the Women’s Employment & Resource Center has hired Stephanie Dulak-Eghigian as executive director.
Eghigian has 23 years of non-profit experience including 12 years of management experience. For the last five years, Eghigian has served as executive director of The Women’s Fund of Herkimer & Oneida Counties. She was previously the community relations director for Meals on Wheels of Syracuse, and community resource director for Haven House, a battered women’s shelter in Buffalo.
Eghigian succeeds longtime WERC Executive Director Eleanor Moran, who is retiring from her position after almost 21 years of service.
