Emily Margaret Mumpton, daughter of Elizabeth M. Borbes, Buena Vista Drive, and James Kendall Mumpton, North Madison Street, has been accepted at SUNY Plattsburgh, where she will major in English literature. She is a June graduate of Rome Free Academy.
