Tyler James Clapps, son and stepson of George and Jennifer Whipple, 8832 Hatzinger Road, Blossvale, and Travis Clapps, Cherry Street, has been accepted at Herkimer County Community College where he will major in criminal justice. He is a senior at Camden High School.
