Fourteen men were charged with hunting and fishing violations within Oneida County by state Department of Environmental Conservation Police.
They are:
¿ Joel Gossner, 58, of Second Avenue, Sylvan Beach, charged with failure to comply with a lawful order of a conservation officer on April 21 in the village. He appeared in Village Court May 3 and was ordered to pay a $150 fine and $75 surcharge.
¿ Carl W. Dennis, 52, of West Ilion, Herkimer County, charged with fishing in the closed portion of Fish Creek on April 7 in the Town of Vienna. He appeared in Town Court May 15 and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $25 surcharge.
¿ Jonathon A. Barkley, 25, of Central Square, Oswego County, charged with fishing in the closed portion of Fish Creek April 1 in the Town of Vienna. He appeared in Town Court May 15 and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.
¿ Christian Abraham, 44, of Mohawk Street, Utica, charged with fishing in the closed portion of Fish Creek April 1 in the Town of Vienna. He appeared in Town Court May 1 and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.
¿ Daniel T. Andrews, 23, of Carney Road, Waterville, charged with not listing document number on license and hunting big game without a license on Dec. 9 in the Town of Sangerfield. He appeared in Town Court April 26 and was ordered to pay a $200 fine and $150 surcharge.
¿ Jason M. Coonrod, 32, of Liberty Street, charged with failure to comply with the lawful order of a conservation officer on Dec. 20 in the Town of Lee. He appeared in Town Court Feb. 15 and was ordered to pay a $125 fine and $75 surcharge.
¿ Kyle W. Foster, 21, f Halstead Road, Blossvale, charged with fishing in the closed waters of Fish Creek on April 6 in the Town of Vienna. He appeared in Town Court May 14 and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $25 surcharge.
¿ Andy S. McCormick, 22, of Preston Hill Road, Camden, charged with fishing in the closed waters of Fish Creek on April 6 in the Town of Vienna. He appeared in Town Court May 14 and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $25 surcharge.
¿ Joseph M. Bartle, 25, of Cemetery Road, charged with fishing in the closed waters of Fish Creek on April 1 in the Town of Western. He appeared in Town Court April 10 and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $25 surcharge.
¿ Lyndon J. Gillis, 21, of Brayton Park, Utica, charged with operating tip ups without name and address of operator on Feb. 18 in the Town of Western. He appeared in Town Court April 24 and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $25 surcharge.
¿ Richard A. Gwilt, 64, of Buchanan Road, Utica, charged with fishing in the closed waters of the Mohawk River on April 17 in the Town of Western. He appeared in Town Court April 24 and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $25 surcharge.
¿ Vito P. Spoon, 55, of Evans Road, charged with fishing in the closed portion of Fish Creek on May 4 in the Town of Vienna. He appeared in Town Court May 15 and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $25 surcharge.
