Stittville man hospitalized after car overturns

TOWN OF FLOYD — A Stittville man was hospitalized after he swerved to avoid a deer Sunday afternoon, causing his vehicle to overturn off Camroden Road.

Sheriff’s deputies said Paul S. Sanoske was southbound at 3:34 p.m. when he swerved his 2002 Ford to avoid a deer in the roadway. Deputies said Sanoske lost control and his vehicle went off the roadway into a ditch, causing it to overturn several times.

Sanoske was treated at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica for his injuries, authorities said. He was ticketed for failure to keep right and for not wearing a seat-belt.
