Alissa Karsten, daughter of Linda Karsten, 811 Highland Ave. and Wesley Durant, Mitchell Road, Verona, has graduated from SUNY Cortland, with a bachelor’s of science degree in early chilhood and childhood education; concentration in humanities. She will pursue a master’s degree in literacy.
