A TWIST ON A TERN — A common tern shakes his head dry after diving for a fishy morsel in the Barge Canal at Sylvan Beach. The bird is upright, legs down, wings level, but the 180 degree rotation makes it appear the bird is upside down. A single picture is run even though one good tern deserves another.
