Two area residents were among 78 SUNY Oneonta undergraduate students selected to receive the Best and Brightest Award, for outstanding academic engagement, co-curricular participation and service to the college and community. They are: Paul Rosbrook, of Rome; and Ashley Dean, of Camden.
