25-year-old charged with harassment and trespass
A 25-year-old man is accused of barging into another man’s West Fox Street apartment early Sunday morning and then refusing to leave.
Police said Jesse A. Moore, of 100 E. Garden St., walked into a 53-year-old man’s apartment on West Fox Street at 2:15 a.m. and then would not leave.
