Teens accused of breaking Grange windows

BEAVER FALLS — Two teen-agers were charged Friday with breaking out windows of a building owned by the Beaver Falls Grange on Main Street.

Lewis County Sheriff’s deputies said sometime on Tuesday, Joshua M. Larkins, 18, of River Street, Lowville, and Joshua D. Ortlieb, 18, of Main Street, Beaver Falls, threw rocks at the Beaver Falls Grange building, breaking out the windows. Both were charged with one count each of fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. They will appear in Croghan Town Court.
