Reservations may also be e-mailed to trewck@roadrunner.com.

Two students, David Byrant from Proctor High School in Utica, and Edythe Malara from Frankfort High School in Herkimer County, will share their experience at the Students Inside Albany conference. The conference this year was designed to increase students’ awareness of their responsibilities in a representative government and provide the tools necessary for meeting that responsibility.

Also speaking is Chip Bassett, chief planner in the Oneida County Planning Department, who will talk about the Teen Assessment Project or TAP, a safe, confidential and anonymous way for a large number of youths to respond directly to a wide range of questions on free time, education, personal concerns, and substance abuse and sexuality.
