School district gets DVDs

SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION — Following a community education program about the dangers of designer drugs, Rome Memorial Hospital and its Community Recovery Center presented two videos to the Rome City School District to assist the school with its efforts to prevent substance abuse. The Rome Hospital Foundation funded the DVDs for the hospital’s Education Department with donor contributions designated for community health education.
