Remember: Obama named two justices

Your April 4 editorial on "Marbury v. Madison" sheds much needed harsh public light on the blatant unbridled hypocrisy of the current administration.

Recently, President Obama said that the Supreme Court justices were just an "unelected group of people". He needs to be reminded that he successfully nominated two of those "unelected" people — Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan for Senate confirmation. It has been noted in many recent Supreme Court documents that Justice Kagan "took no part in the adjudication or decision". One must seriously wonder she is selectively removing herself.
