Bad conduct charges

BOONVILLE — Two people were charged with disorderly conduct for separate incidents at the Hulbert House tavern early Sunday morning.

Authorities said Trinity Swancott, 28, of 112 Erwin St., was screaming profanities and making obscene gestures at police officers who passed the Main Street bar at about 2 a.m. Swancott was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, and was ticketed to appear in Village Court on April 25.

Several minutes later, police said a fight broke out in the bar between Brennan Iseneker, 23, of 208 Summit St., and another person. About six or seven people were being disorderly when police intervened, and authorities said Iseneker started scuffling with the officers.

Iseneker was taken into custody on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, police said. He was released on appearance tickets for court on April 18.

The remaining people at the bar were dispersed. Police said the investigation is continuing and more charges are pending.
