A 20-year-old woman was charged with possessing crack cocaine after law enforcers said she was found with the drug on East Dominick Street Friday afternoon.

Police said Nephalia N. Wade, of 29 Faas Ave., Utica, was found with six tied baggy corners of crack cocaine in the 7000 block of E. Dominick St. at 2:28 p.m. Police said Wade is charged with third-degree possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony.

Wade was held in lockup overnight to await arraignment in City Court today.
