Indictment accuses woman
of driving drunk with child
A Holland Patent woman is accused of several charges, including driving drunk with a child in the vehicle.
Tabitha M. Byrne, 31, of 10070 Whittaker Road, was indicted Jan. 18 on one count each of driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, endangering the welfare of a child and unreasonable speed on a curve.
An indictment is a formal charge made against a person by a grand jury. It does not establish guilt or remove the presumption of innocence.
The indictment said at 6:50 p.m. Aug. 21, Byrne had a girl less than 10-years-old in her vehicle while driving drunk on Whittaker Road in Trenton. The indictment said Byrne registered a blood alcohol content of 0.32 percent, four times the legal threshold of 0.08 percent.
¿ Everett J. Hall, 68, no address available, was indicted Jan. 18 on one count each of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater.
The indictment said at 8:40 p.m. Nov. 2, Hall registered a blood alcohol content of 0.20 percent on Hulser Road in Trenton.
