Free Chobani Champions Day
for all children 3 to 12
The Rome Family Y is hosting Chobani Champions Day on Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. This is a free day, open to the public, of fun and fitness created to promote healthy habits for area children ages 3 to 12. Registration starts at 11:30 p.m.
Following registration youngsters will have access to activities including an obstacle course, hula hoop, jumping rope, Wii Fitness, tumbling, music, soccer shoot out and more. At each activity station, children will get their "bingo" cards stamped. At the conclusion of the event six raffle tickets will be chosen, one will be awarded the grand prize of a case of Chobani Champions yogurt and a lunch box; five others will receive lunch boxes. All participants will receive a Chobani T-shirt and Certificate of completion. Complimentary healthy snacks including Chobani yogurt will be available.
