Trailblazers serve chicken

TABERG — Taberg Trailblazers Snowmobile Club will sponsor a chicken barbecue fund-raiser from noon until sold out Sunday, Jan. 22 at the Taberg American Legion, 9275 Main St.

the cost is $8.50 for the dinner or $5.50 for just the chicken. Take outs will be available.

Fish dinners go through April 6

LOWVILLE — The Lewis County American Legion, 5383 Dayan St., will host a public fish dinner and all you can eat soup and salad bar from 4:30 to 7 p.m. each Friday through April 6.

The cost is $9 for the Fish Dinner and Soup and Salad Bar or $6.50 for just the Soup and Salad Bar.

The dinner is being sponsored by the Auxiliary and the Sons of the American Legion.

The Legion will also be recruiting new members. If you have ever served, at any time, or are related to someone who has, join us. Those unable to become a Legionnaire may qualify for an AmVets Chapter. Active duty soldier memberships are free.
