Cans and clams aid Toys for Tots

STITTVILLE — The Upton VFW, 8999 Olin Road, will host a Cans and Clams fundraiser for Toys for Tots on Saturday from 1-5 p.m.

Craft fair benefits Toys for Tots

LEE CENTER — A Craft Fair and Holiday Shopping with more than 30 vendors will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday in the Firemen’s Bingo Hall, 5510 School St. Organizer Cindy Revak said last year’s event helped Pediatric Aids and this year’s benefactor will be Toys for Tots.

Breakfast at 40 & 8

WHITESTOWN — The 40 & 8 and Judd and Halsey Roads serves breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday. The $7 meal will benefit the POW/MIA program.

The meal includes bacon, sausage, home fries, scrambled eggs, flap jacks, toast, sos, fruit coctktail, coffee and juice. Take outs will be available.

Stanwix serves ham Sunday

Stanwix Heights Volunteer Fire Department, 6580 Bartlett Road, will host a ham dinner on Sunday from 11:30 a.m. until sold out.

The cost is $9, $5 for children age 5-12, under 5 free. The dinner includes ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, coleslaw, applesauce, rolls, a beverage and dessert.
