A 24-year-old man who blew a blood alcohol content of more than twice the legal limit was in an accident on Gifford Road early Halloween morning.

Police said Philip J. Saccento, of 631 Parry St., was in an accident with his 2005 Dodge while southbound at 4:40 a.m. Saturday. Once stopped, police said Saccento registered a bac of 0.19 percent, more than twice the legal threshold of 0.08 percent. Saccento was ticketed for driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and moving from lane unsafely, police said.
