NEW HARTFORD — Two Par subsidiaries have announced new deals.
ParTech has been selected as the complete technology provider for Pamax Management, a 30-store Burger King franchisee based in Tulsa, Okla., and has completed the implementation of software and hardware platforms in stores.
"As our restaurants continue to offer the best possible service to our customers we felt it was imperative to partner with a technology provider that would enhance our operational efficiencies, all the while allowing our store managers to access the information necessary to improve speed of service and overall customer satisfaction. Par fit that bill exactly," said Alfred Monney, the head of Information Technology for Pamax Management. "With Par providing the complete solution of software, hardware and lifecycle support we experienced a faster implementation time and seamless integration of our front-of-house and back-of-house applications. Add to that Par’s designated vendor status with Burger King Corporate and it is a win-win for Pamax as we can easily satisfy our corporate reporting requirements using Par’s solution."
Par Logistics Management Systems has been selected by C.R. England, the nation’s largest refrigerated trucking company, to deploy a monitoring system on the Utah-based company’s more than 5,000 refrigerated trailers.
Par’s system will allow C.R. England constant real-time visibility and control of its refrigerated trailers across North America. It will help improve asset utilization and fuel savings, and provides protection of perishable products.
Par LMS President John W. Sammon III said the company "has long sought to become the leader in providing cold chain solutions to the refrigerated shipping industry and the selection of our solution by C.R. England is a significant win for Par. We intend to continue to pursue additional tier one contract wins in this industry and build upon the successful rollout of our technology by C.R. England."
