Deep has judge qualifications
This year you have the responsibility to select a Family Court judge for Oneida County. The judge chosen will be solely obligated for hearing and determining legal matters, including custody, visitation, adoptions, child neglect, abuse and juvenile delinquency. For a term of 10 years, these decisions could directly affect your friends and your family.
The candidate for judge should be chosen on the basis of experience and temperament; not due to political nor familial relationships. Further, it is not a position for on-the-job training.
As a former Family Court judge and hearing examiner for 30 years, I firmly believe that Paul Deep should be your choice for Oneida County Family Court judge. Paul has practiced law before me in over 100 cases over the years. He knows and follows the law. His preparation and representation for children is exceptional and productive.
Paul’s demeanor and professionalism in and out of court is always stready. He’s not afraid to take an unpopular position when he knows it is the right thing to do.
After 30 years on the bench in Family Court, I have seen hundreds of lawyers practice. Paul Deep is eminently qualified to be your next Family Court judge.
This is one job where actual courtroom experience really matters.
