Stroke visits Kallet Dec. 15

The Kallet Civic Center, 159 Main St., Oneida, will host Isreal Hagen and Stroke Friday. Dec. 15. The concert is free and doors open at 7 p.m. The concert begins at 8 p.m. Concessions and cash bar will be available.

Stroke was formed in 1982 and currently includes Hagen on bass and vocals, Buke Babikian on drums, John Kelsey on guitar and Bill Barry on keyboards and vocals. The band has performed with Robert Cray, B. B. King and Carlos Santana.

Their past albums include “The Real Deal,” Accept No Substitutes,” “Stay Together,” “So Smooth,” “Covered,” Bedroom Funk” and “Balance.” Stroke has won 11 Syracuse Music Awards.
